Hans Lipman (1960) is a chartered accountant. He worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers until 1994 and for KPN until 2005. Most recently, he was the financial officer responsible for the sale of KPN’s international participations and corporations.

In 2005 he became a partner in Trinity Advisers Limited, providing expertise as a consultant for clients in the media, telecom and energy businesses. He is co-founder of Carbon Stars, a private company that conceives and develops companies based on sustainable business concepts and innovations.

With more than 30 years of experience in financing, control and accounting, financial management, and mergers and acquisitions he is the CFO for both Carbon Stars and Plant One.


Jan Paul van Soest (1955) is a well know advisor, entrepreneur and author in the field of sustainability in the Netherlands. His work is based on the idea that our society and economy can only flourish and develop if the resilience of the ecosystems is not compromised.

Hans Warmenhoven (1960) has held, since 1989, various jobs in the fields of energy and climate. From 1999 to 2004 he worked as a senior manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Since 2004 he has worked as an independent consultant for his own company.

Hans Wiltink (1958) has been working in the field of production, logistics and services. Since 1988 he has worked in a managerial capacity both the Fokker Aircraft Company and the Dutch Broadcasting Company.

Hans holds a masters degree in architecture at the technical University in Delft and a business administration degree from the Rotterdam School of Management.
